Concrete "A" Doorstop- For this project we had to think of a design. It had to be a concrete object that had use and fit in our locker. This project also had to contain rebar. I made an "A" doorstop. After I created the doorstop I made sure it was heavy enough
to hold a door open and it did. The steps of this concrete project included drawing it on pink foam and cutting the pieces out so that the concrete could be pour into the pink foam. Next I had to make and put rebar inside the pink foam. After a couple days to harden up it was time to cut off the pink foam. The concrete "A" was out of the pink foam. I smoothed the concrete and then painted the "A" red. The concrete project was complete.

8' bridge project was created by a group of 4 people. To make this bridge we had to make the base, sides, and top of the bridge out of wood. After we were done it had to be tested and hold the weight of all 4 people in the group. Our bridge failed to do so. The weight of our bridge was 5.14 g as shown in the picture above. The picture below show the beginning and end of the creation of our bridge.
Musical instrument project: The assignment was to make an instrument that fit in our locker. This instrument had to make a "beautiful" noise. I researched what could be put together to make a musical sound. First I cut out to two aluminum circles. Then I cut a piece of white piping. I then took rocks out of the concrete bag. The two aluminum circles were glued to each end of the pipe and the rocks were into the pipe. I let it sit and dry and after a couple days it was a finished instrument. The white pipe, aluminum, and concrete rocks were put together to make a homemade rainstick.
